German hospitals are awaiting the laureates of the German program of the ESSS. Since the launching of the German program in December 2019, the visits of representatives of the German institutions intensified. The future employers are closely monitor the progress of students in the program and eager to have positive and satisfactory results.
The success of the German program means a lot for the German hospitals, which are runing short of human resources on one hand, but cannot compromise on the quality of the human resources they wish to hire on the other hand. Therefore, they are strongly hopeful that the ESSS will be able to provide them with the quality graduates they need.
The ESSS exactly knows what is required by these employers and follow rather a steady and intutive approach completely focused and devoted to quality rather than speed or quantity. Furthermore, the ESSS knows what the quality means for these employers. She knows that its graduates are trained to the highest pedagogical standards and are by no mean less than their German peers.
However, the major challenge lies in the communication capacity, the personal characters and the professional rigorism. Thanks to the hard work of the teachers of the Goethe Institut which is taking care of the language and communicative competences of our students. Likewise, building up the required personal and professional qualities is well covered by the joint work of the ESSS and the University of Berlin.
We are fully confident that our laureats will excel in Germany and that they will be able to open the door wide to subsequent students of the German program.
