THE GERMAN BIOMEDICAL INDUSTRY HOSTED BY OUR COLLEGE
The College of Health Sciences had the honor to organize a conference on March 3, 2020 welcoming some of the leaders of the German biomedical industry in Casablanca.
This conference, organized by the ESSS on behalf of the Ministry of the Economy of the Federal Republic of Germany and in collaboration with the Euro-Mediterranean - Arab Association for Economic Development (EMA) and the German African Association (AV), aimed to strengthen German-Moroccan collaboration in the field of health and to attract German companies to invest in the health sector in Morocco.
The program for this one-day conference included presentations, discussions and B2B meetings.
The delegation was made up of:

This German company is one of the largest healthcare providers in the world. It employs around 50,000 employees and generates annual sales of around € 13.4 billion.
THE GERMAN GROUP B. BRAUN
It is one of the largest providers of medical products and services in the world. With more than 63,700 employees, it achieves a turnover of around 6.9 billion euros.
WEINMANN MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY
This is a German medium-sized medical technology company based in Hamburg. It has specialized in the production of systems for the fields of emergency, medical transport, and disaster medicine.
ATMOS MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY
This company is a German manufacturer of medical technology based in the Black Forest, with production "Made in Germany" since 1888. It is a market leader in the manufacture of workstations and devices for ENT and gynecology, as well as medical suction devices for various clinical purposes, in particular for surgery, intensive care medicine and home care.
MEMMERT
This German company is an innovative leader in the development of ovens, incubators, climatic chambers, water baths and oil baths for various applications in biological, pharmaceutical, or agri-food research as well as in industrial quality control.
MICROMED GROUP
The Micromed Group is a network of global medical technology companies that produce high quality devices for neurophysiology. This German company offers innovative product solutions for EEG, intensive care, long-term monitoring, and mobile EEG recordings, for EMG, evoked potentials, ECoG, SEEG and diagnostics some sleep.
